When will I receive my order?

Production usually takes 1–3 business days, and delivery time depends on your location, but usually 3-7 business days.


For most orders, you’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships!

How much is shipping and where do you ship?

We only ship in the EU and the USA.
All orders come with free shipping.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we may be able to help.

Email us as soon as possible at contact@daybreakchaser.com.

Once printing starts, changes aren’t possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We only accept refunds for items that arrive damaged or misprinted.

We don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference.

If there’s an issue, just email us at contact@daybreakchaser.com within 30 days with photos, and we’ll help fix it!

Can I make fanart or share creations based on your work?

Absolutely! We love seeing your passion.

You're welcome to share fanart and any creative works based on Daybreak Chaser, just make sure it’s non-commercial and credits the project.
